Forever Zuri Shipping & Processing

  • Standard Processing: Most orders (soaps, jewelry, salves) ship within 3-5 business days.

  • Custom Sublimation (Shirts & Tumblers): Please allow 7-10 business days for us to hand-press and perfect your custom designs.

  • Pre-Order Curing: If your order includes a "Curing Soap" (like our Rustic Coconut Cream), your entire order will ship together once the soap is fully cured and safe for travel.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number the moment your package leaves our studio!

Returns

No Return Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our soaps, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We want you to love your scent! If you are unsure about a fragrance, we recommend starting with our "Sample/Travel" size bars. If there is an error with your order or a quality issue, please reach out and we will make it right.

Attention

Note on Soaps: Because our soap contains natural glycerin, "sweating" (small beads of moisture on the surface) may occur during transit in humid climates. This is a natural process and does not affect the quality or safety of the soap.
