Forever Zuri Shipping & Processing

• Standard Processing: Most orders (soaps, jewelry, salves) ship within 3–5 business days.

• Custom Sublimation (Shirts & Tumblers): Please allow 7–10 business days for us to hand-press and perfect your custom designs.

• Pre-Order Curing: If your order includes a "Curing Soap" (like our Rustic Coconut Cream), your entire order will ship together once the soap is fully cured and safe for travel.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number the moment your package leaves our studio!

📦 Shipping & Handling for Our Routine Bundles

• Processing Time: Our high-performance bundles are handcrafted and poured fresh in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packed and shipped with love.

• Calculated Shipping: Because our 3-in-1 Routine Bundles include full-sized soaps, deodorants, and recovery salves, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the bundle to ensure the safest, fastest delivery to your doorstep.

☀️ Seasonal Shipping Schedule & Heat Protection

Our products are crafted with natural mango butter and beeswax with zero synthetic chemical hardeners. Because of this, our shipping schedule changes depending on the weather to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition:

• ❄️ Winter & Cooler Months (Fast Shipping): During cooler months, natural butter products won't melt! We ship orders quickly throughout the regular work week with no weekend heat holds required.

• ☀️ Summer Shipping Schedule (Mon & Tue Only): During hot weather, orders containing body butters or deodorants ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent packages from sitting in hot postal warehouses over the weekend.

• Wednesday Cutoff & Next-Day Shipping: Any order placed after 3:00 PM on Wednesday during the summer will be held in our temperature-controlled facility and shipped the following Monday for next day shipping .

• 📦 Temperature-Controlled Packaging: Some of the Summer butter orders are carefully packed using thermal insulated mailers and frozen gel packs to combat heat during transit.

• ✍️ Signature Required in Summer: To keep your butter products from melting on a hot porch or in a sun-baked mailbox, all summer shipments require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, the carrier will safely return your package to the climate-controlled local post office for you to pick up.

• 📍 Address & Delivery Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Forever Zuri is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for heat damage resulting from a customer waiving their delivery signature.

• The Cold-Rest Fix & Return Policy: If your product softens slightly during summer travel, don't worry! Simply place the unopened container upright in your refrigerator or a cool room for 20–30 minutes, and it will firm back up without losing any of its strength or potency. Please note: Slight softening during transit is natural for raw, unrefined ingredients and does not qualify for a refund, exchange, or return once reset.
