• Custom Sublimation (Shirts & Tumblers): Please allow 7-10 business days for us to hand-press and perfect your custom designs.

• Pre-Order Curing: If your order includes a "Curing Soap" (like our Rustic Coconut Cream), your entire order will ship together once the soap is fully cured and safe for travel.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number the moment your package leaves our studio!

• Processing Time: Our high-performance bundles are handcrafted and poured fresh in small batches. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped with love.

• Calculated Shipping: Because our 3-in-1 Routine Bundles include full-sized soaps, deodorants, and recovery salves, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the bundle to ensure the safest, fastest delivery to your doorstep.

If your bundle spends a hot day traveling in the mail, your deodorant or salve might soften slightly. Don't panic!
