Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We use Pirate Ship to access the lowest possible USPS and UPS rates (including "Cubic" pricing for heavy orders of handmade soap) to keep your costs down.
When will my order ship? We hand-batch and pack our products in 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email automatically.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. Please be aware that your country may charge additional customs fees or import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Are your salves and soaps safe for sensitive skin? Our natural salves and handcrafted soaps are made with plant-based oils and butters. However, since everyone's skin is unique, we always recommend a patch test first. Disclaimer: Our products are not FDA evaluated and are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
How do I use your cleaning soaps? Our cleaning soaps are formulated for household use (like dishes or laundry) and are a great plastic-free alternative to chemical cleaners. They are tough on grease but gentle on the environment!
How should I care for my Forever Zuri shirt? To keep your shirt looking fresh, wash it inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low. This helps preserve the design for years to come.
Why does my soap look "sweaty"? Because our soaps are rich in natural glycerin (which pulls moisture from the air to hydrate your skin), they can sometimes develop tiny beads of moisture in humid weather. This is totally normal and will disappear as soon as you start using the bar!
Digital Downloads
How do I receive my digital download? After your purchase is complete, you will receive an automated email with a link to download your file. Links usually expire after 24 hours of the first click, so be sure to save the file to your device immediately!
Can I get a refund on a digital product? Due to the nature of digital files, all sales for digital downloads are final and non-refundable.
Returns & Quality
Can I return my soap or lotion? Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We want everyone to stay safe and hygienic! If you are unhappy with a scent, we suggest gifting it to a friend.
What if my order arrives damaged? If the carrier was too rough with your package, please email a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box to sales@foreverzurisoaps.com within 48 hours. We will assist you in filing a claim through Ensure Shield and get a replacement to you.
Orders & Changes
Can I change my shipping address? If you catch us before we print the label, yes! Once a tracking number is generated via Pirate Ship, we can no longer change the destination.
My tracking says "Delivered" but I don't see it. Check with neighbors or your porch first. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us so we can help you file a "Porch Pirate" theft claim through our shipping insurance.

How do I make my handmade soap last longer?
Because Forever Zuri handcrafted soap is full of natural, moisturizing oils and glycerin, it is much creamier and softer than mass-produced "detergent bars." To extend the life of your luxury bar:
Keep it High and Dry: Use a draining soap dish or a wooden soap deck that allows air to circulate around the entire bar. If soap sits in a puddle of water, it will soften and dissolve quickly.
The "Dry Between Uses" Rule: Store your soap away from the direct spray of the showerhead. Letting the bar dry out completely between uses can make it last twice as long!
Use a Washcloth, Loofah, or Soap Saver Bag: Rubbing a bar directly on your skin uses more product than necessary. Using a sisal soap saver bag or a washcloth creates a rich, bubbly lather with just a few rubs, significantly extending the life of the bar.
Cut Your Bars in Half: A pro-tip for our larger bars? Cut them in half and only take one piece into the shower at a time. This keeps the other half bone-dry and fresh!

A: Great question! Lotions are lighter and absorb quickly for everyday hydration. Salves are thicker, oil-based treatments designed to create a protective barrier on the skin—perfect for dry elbows, cracked hands, or soothing specific skin areas.
