How do I make my soap last longer?

Because our soap is handcrafted and full of natural, moisturizing oils, it is softer than mass-produced "detergent bars." To get the most out of your bar:

Keep it High and Dry: Use a draining soap dish that allows air to circulate around the entire bar. If soap sits in a puddle of water, it will soften and dissolve quickly.

The "Dry Between Uses" Rule: Try to keep your soap away from the direct spray of the shower head when not in use.

Use a Washcloth or Loofah: Rubbing the bar directly on your skin uses more product. Using a washcloth or "soap saver" bag creates a rich lather with just a few rubs, extending the life of the bar.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your soap and your location. We use Pirate Ship to access the lowest possible USPS and UPS rates (including "Cubic" pricing for heavy orders) to keep your costs down.

When will my order ship? We hand-batch and pack our soaps in 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email automatically.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. Please be aware that your country may charge additional customs fees or import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Quality

Can I return my soap? Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We want everyone to stay safe and hygienic! If you are unhappy with a scent, we suggest gifting the bar to a friend—soap makes a great "just because" gift!

What if my soap arrives damaged? If the "Post Office" was a little too rough with your package, don't worry. Please email a photo of the damaged soap and the shipping box to sales@foreverzurisoaps.com within 48 hours. We will file a claim and send a replacement out to you immediately.

Why does my soap look "sweaty"? Because our soaps are rich in natural glycerin (which pulls moisture from the air to hydrate your skin), they can sometimes develop tiny beads of moisture in humid weather. This is totally normal and will disappear as soon as you start using the bar!

Orders & Changes

Can I change my shipping address? If you catch us before we print the label, yes! Please email us immediately. Once a tracking number has been generated through Pirate Ship, we can no longer change the destination.

My tracking says "Delivered" but I don't see it. What do I do? First, check with neighbors or your back porch. If it’s still missing, wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan early). If it doesn't show up, contact us so we can help you look into a "Porch Pirate" theft claim through our shipping insurance.
