• Carrier Policy: We use third-party carriers (USPS/UPS via Pirate Ship). Once a package is handed to the carrier, Forever Zuri Soaps & More is no longer responsible for delays, theft, or delivery errors.

• Insurance Claims: If your package is lost or damaged, we will assist you in filing an insurance claim through Pirate Ship.

• Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to re-send the item.
