"Melting" Disclaimer

Heat Sensitivity & Melting: Our body butters are natural products and are sensitive to high temperatures. During warmer months, products may soften or melt during transit. If your body butter arrives melted, place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to solidify. The volume may appear lower if the product was "whipped," but the weight remains the same. We do not offer refunds or replacements for melted products, as the quality and safety of the butter remain unaffected.

Usage & Safety

Product Usage & Safety: Some products may make surfaces (like bathtubs and showers) slippery after use. Please use caution when exiting the bath or shower. Our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Storage & Shelf Life

Shelf Life & Storage: Our products are made with natural ingredients and no synthetic preservatives (or minimal natural preservatives). For best results, keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We recommend using products within 6–12 months of purchase. Discard if the product develops an unusual odor or change in color.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, Forever Zuri Soap & More is no longer responsible for delays, theft, or delivery errors. However, we will assist you in filing an insurance claim through Pirate Ship/Ensure Shield if your package is lost or damaged.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the item via Pirate Ship.
