2. Product Safety, Allergy & Usage Disclaimer

• Natural Variation: Our products are handmade. Please allow for slight variations in color, shape, and scent between batches.

• Melting Disclaimer: Our body butters are natural products sensitive to high temperatures. During warmer months, products may soften or melt during transit. If your butter arrives melted, refrigerate for 30 minutes to solidify. Note: Whipped volume may decrease if melted, but the weight remains the same. We do not offer refunds or replacements for melted products.

• Ingredient Responsibility: We list all ingredients on our website and packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to review these for potential allergens.

• Allergy Warning: Our products are processed in a facility that handles peanuts. They are not recommended for those with severe nut allergies.

• Safety & Patch Test: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Perform a "patch test" on a small area of skin before first use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

• Slip Warning: Certain products contain oils that may make surfaces (bathtubs/showers) slippery. Use extreme caution when exiting.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The content on this website is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a specific skin condition, consult a physician before using products containing essential oils or new ingredients.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Third-Party Carriers

• Carrier Policy: We use third-party carriers (USPS/UPS via Pirate Ship). Once a package is handed to the carrier, Forever Zuri Soaps & More is no longer responsible for delays, theft, or delivery errors.

• Insurance Claims: If your package is lost or damaged, we will assist you in filing an insurance claim through Pirate Ship/Shipsurance.

• Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to re-send the item.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our skincare and hygiene products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order (wrong item sent), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Pricing & Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any scent or product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Forever Zuri Soaps & More and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our intellectual property without express written consent.

This includes, but is not limited to, slip-and-fall accidents or allergic reactions. Use products at your own risk.
